Terms & Conditions

•     All shipments are FOB Stilwell, KS.
•     Freight charges will be added to your invoice unless other arrangements are made
•     Terms are net 30 days unless other terms have been agreed upon

   

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General: All orders are subject to acceptance by Seller's corporate headquarters in Stilwell, KS. Specifications, prices and delivery are subject to change without notice.  All shipments FOB Origin. Freight charges will be added to Buyer's invoice. Terms are net 45 days.

Credit: In consideration for the extension of credit, Buyer agrees to pay for all purchases within Seller's terms (Net 45).

Price Policy: Orders are accepted only at the prices (in US dollars) and on the other terms and conditions listed.  All prices are FOB shipping point unless otherwise specifically  agreed to by the Seller.  Intermediate quantities from those shown in this site are available on most items. Prices will vary from those shown on this site.

Custom Orders: Custom orders are not subject to cancellation if production has begun.  Proofs will be submitted for such orders. Due to the requirements of proofing and inspection on customized materials, acceptance of a 10% overrun or underrun is understood.

Taxes: Prices shown do not include any federal, state or local taxes or customs duties.  All applicable taxes are to be solely the responsibility of the Buyer.  Tax exemption certificates as required by federal, state or local laws or regulations must be on file with Seller.

Returns: Returns must be made within 60 days of shipping date and are subject to 15% restocking charge. Incurrence of this charge will depend on the circumstances of the return.   Custom products may not be returned without prior approval from Seller's office. Transportation charges for all goods returned shall be the responsibility of the Buyer  unless expressly agreed to the contrary by the Seller.

Delivery: Delivery costs are the responsibility of the Buyer unless other accommodations have been made.  Dates of delivery are estimats and are made in good faith, but are not guaranteed.   Seller shall not be responsible for any failure to deliver goods on or before the dates specified. Length of time specified for delivery commences after receipt of completed  order information, credit approval and shipping release.

Warranty: Seller does not assume, nor authorize anyone else to assume for it, any other obligation or liability in connection with the sale or use of its products. Notwithstanding any technical help which Seller or its suppliers may have provided, Buyer affirms that no warranties have been made and Buyer has not relied upon Seller's or its supplier's skill or judgment in selecting goods suitable for any particular purpose. Buyer is required to satisfy himself that the goods are fit for his intended use.
